“Eddie Scott has supported the Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) in developing a new pay and grading structure to meet the requirements of the single status agreement.

As well as providing a professional support Eddie was sensitive to individual and organisational issues which helped ensure that the finalised product was  effectively  implemented. In addition the new structure also delivered a cost effective solution for the FRS. A measure of its effectiveness is the positive way the new structure was received by staff.
