His considerable expertise in employee reward includes developing reward strategy, managing annual salary reviews, harmonising staff terms and conditions, implementing performance related pay, designing bonus schemes and carrying out job evaluation. |

Eddie established SCOTT REWARD in early 2006 after a successful career with Scottish Widows and Lloyds TSB, initially as an Actuary and then as Senior Reward Manager for 8 years. |
