SCOTT REWARD is headed by Eddie Scott, FFA.
Recent client assignments include pay and grading structures for a major local authority and Fire Service, Executive Pay reviews for several Further Education Colleges and Terms and Conditions harmonisation for Skills Development Scotland.
His considerable expertise in employee reward includes developing reward strategy, managing annual salary reviews, harmonising staff terms and conditions, implementing performance related pay, designing bonus schemes and carrying out job evaluation.
Eddie established SCOTT REWARD in early 2006 after a successful career with Scottish Widows and Lloyds TSB, initially as an Actuary and then as Senior Reward Manager for 8 years.
Eddie is also an Associate of the Edinburgh Human Resource Academy (EHRA), a vibrant group of renowned practitioners and academics providing a unique blend of expertise and experience in human resource management (HRM), wellbeing and leadership practice.
